Hello intrepid activists!

No War, No Warming is heading back into the streets on March 19th on the 5th anniversary of the invasion of Iraq. We’ll be at the American Petroleum Institute (API) in Washington, D.C. demanding an END to the occupation of Iraq, a SHIFT to a clean energy economy, and a START to a true separation of oil and state. If you haven’t made plans yet to be part of it, there’s still time!

Our next meeting is on Monday, March 17 @ 7pm at the Warehouse Theatre, located at 1017 7th St NW, Washington, DC. This will be a chance to fine-tune our plans, practice our soundbites, and get more people looped into the action. Email info@nowarnowarming.org for more information!

Our action will be part of a whole series of activities (www.5yearstoomany.org) taking place in D.C. on the 19th, the beginning of the 6th year of the illegal, devastating war for oil in Iraq. We can’t let this date pass without a strong showing of opposition, a loud demand to end it and bring all the troops home now!
